The Ribs Factory is well established in the Caribbean, with two restaurants. We opened our first on Curacao 12 years ago and then the second followed on Bonaire 6 years ago.

Our menu is International. We are famous for our Baby Back Ribs, which people tell us are the best in the Caribbean. We also serve local fish specialities, seafood, burgers and Mexican dishes and have a special Kids Menu.

The Ribs Factory is located on the upper level of the Harborside Mall in the center of Kralendijk’s waterfront, with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and spectacular sunsets over Klein Bonaire.
